okay.. today simi dai ji happen? lol.. today my sense is extremely accurate!! not only me, lynn's as well.. hmm.. today had 1st friday service in the AVA room by ISCF club.. nothing much happen there.. Mr Richard were giving us talk about what we know about ourselves.. he said a few things.. as follows..
after that.. brought my mom's car to service.. b4 going there, i have this thought that if their credit card machine is malfunction, how am i suppose to pay the bill.. after that.. ok loh.. brought to service.. then brian went to pick me up at the service centre then we going to eat together, with lynn too.. then cun cun brian reach time, my car is done liao.. then fine loh.. went to pay.. mana tahu the lady told me the credit card machine spoilt.. alamaaakk.. what to do.. i asked brian send me to my sis's bank to minta duit from her.. lol.. macam along.. luckily got brian.. else dunno where to get monehh.. the car can speed faster after service!! haha.. so happyy~~
after that.. i parked my car at my old house loh, then followed brian's car to "after three" restaurant or kopitiam to have our lunch.. its a new restaurant, open not long ago.. they had many big plasma tv.. dunno for what.. then everything looks so advance and grand.. i like the atmosphere there^^ after that.. went to sarawak plaza for a walk.. we hang around there for a while only lah, cos brian's sis keep calling him, checking on him.. even his mom.. why? cos adalah.. i know, lynn know and he know.. lol after that, just go home lohh.. go home called mom.. chatted with her for about half an hour.. then.. on air con with fan together and... *snore* XD hey i dont snore lah.. just an another way to tell that im sleeping.. LOL

while i was waiting for my car to service, i read an interesting article from the FEMALE magazine.. it says that dark chocolate and normal chocolate is good for health, especially our heart.. the darker the chocolate, the better effect to us.. the chocolates helps to reduce the bad cholestrol in our body.. NOT ONLY CHOCOLATE, sex too =x it says what sex can triggers a host of hormone.. what flood our body with oxytocin.. a hormone that bla bla our blood pressure and body temperature.. besides, safe sex is crucial to safeguarding your heart..- because there is a clear link between STD and heart disease..and so on.. bla bla bla.. and men who have sex twice ore more a week halve their risk of cardiac arrest.. cooll... hahaha... ey, im not dirty kay. this is health!! LOL..
